Hi I work in the Client Support Team. My role is to ensure that we fully support you to manage your web service. Firstly I'll provide you thorough training, complete with user specific training notes. Following on from the training it's my role to support you and help you resolve any queries that might arise.
You can contact me by phone, email or through our online Work Request System. Our work request system provides an online log of all queries, complete with their status and automated email notifications of updated progress.
Our support is provided as a formal contract and we provide a variety of support contracts based on your requirements. Support can be used in many ways, such as simply having someone to talk you through doing something on your website to requesting new features on your site. It's a great way to give your staff the confidence to work on the site knowing that they can always call up if they get stuck.
Other than supporting you to manage the day to day running of your website, the other key part of my role is to update you about new ideas and technology that could benefit your organisation. We'll schedule regular review meetings so that we can get your feedback and discuss how we'll implement any revisions or new features you require. We're constantly looking at ways we can improve your web service.
