Graduate Developer Position Portsmouth - March 2011

Just out of Uni' and looking for a job? We are looking for a recent Uni' graduate to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and keen to make a mark in our field of web / software development. The role is "technical" rather than "design".

As part of the development team you will be involved with the maintenance and some development of our core products (XPOR, IBIS). You will also develop and / or maintain web-based applications for our clients existing websites.

As part of the role you will be given experience with the following technologies:

• Microsoft .Net (VB.Net & C#)
• Microsoft SQL Server (2000, 2005, 2008)
• Javascript
• Visual Basic (VB6)
• COM / COM+
• C++
• EXTJS (Javascript library)
• Networking (TCP/IP)
• Server / PC hardware maintenance

Previous Knowledge / experience of any of these technologies would be advantageous

Previous experience in industry during your year out would also be an advantage.
