 The website enables the total mangement of the process online, from posting a job to bidding and invoicing.

Freelancers create profiles and are notified when a new jobs within their skill set are posted. Companies appoint an appropriate Freelancer from the selection who have placed bids to carry out the work.

Communications between the Companies and Freelancers are all carried out on private message boards.
