Team Boobies Stride for Life

It was early, it was Sunday and it was pouring with rain but that didn't stop Webree employees Hannah Murphy, Luisa Martin, Dave Searle and Webree's special friend Nicky Jones joining hundreds of others to take part in the Stride for Life walk.

The10Km walk is held annually at Queen Elizabeth Country Park in Horndean and starts at Butser Hill (the highest point on the South Downs) and continues downland through woodland trials which was tough going for Team Boobies as they had all been out very late the night before.

Despite all the obstacles, including wearing some very fetching plastic ponchos Team Boobies completed the walk raising over £400 for Breast Cancer Research.

"Completing the walk was a real achievement, it was hard work but the commandery of everyone involved spurred us on" said Luisa who regularly takes part in the event.
