Recruitment Agencies around the world have to work hard to maintain and grow their position in local markets. And they rely on numerous software systems to achieve this;

  1. CRM (Clients / Sales activities)
  2. Job Boards
  3. Meetings Management (Clients / Interviews)
  4. Candidate Database
  5. Job Board token management
  6. Pay and Bill

... plus any combination of other business / reporting software.

And Software has a habit of

This problem and associated complexities faced us when we were employed by the South Coasts leading recruitment Agency, Key Recruitment Group.

A change was being driven through the Key Recruitment group as their CRM supplier was pulling support / licencing of their critical software package - the CRM. This was happening within months of the project being commissioned. And then compounded by the "Pay & Bill" software provider ALSO pulling their support!

So, in the available time, it was essential to comprehend their business model, translate their CRM, to extract the data / information into the new system AND build the entire interface to enable continuation of service.

Key Recruitment also recognised the opportunity for the solution to be resold to other Agencies, working in different sectors.
